Where we ship

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states, plus U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, etc.).
  • We also ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
  • No international shipping. This includes Canada and Mexico right now.

Processing time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM Eastern Time on Friday go out the following Monday.

Shipping method & cost

  • Shipping is free on every order. No minimums. No surprise fees at checkout.
  • We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The choice depends on your delivery address — we go with whichever carrier offers the fastest transit time to you.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after the package is handed to the carrier.

Tracking

  • You’ll get an email with the tracking link as soon as the shipping label is created.
  • If you don’t see it within 24 hours of placing your order, check your spam/promotions folder. Still nothing? Email us and we’ll resend.

Address accuracy

  • Double-check your shipping address before submitting the order. We ship to the exact address you enter.
  • If a package returns to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we’ll contact you. A re-ship fee of $5.99 will apply to cover the new label.
  • If you prefer to cancel the order after a failed delivery, we’ll refund the item price minus that $5.99 re-ship charge.

Lost or missing packages

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, email us within 5 days.
  • We’ll open a trace with the carrier on your behalf. Replacements or refunds are processed only after the carrier concludes the investigation and confirms the package was lost or misdelivered.
  • Note: We can’t take responsibility for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. Please use a secure delivery address.

Carrier delays

  • Weather, peak holiday volumes, or operational issues at the carrier level are beyond our control. We can’t speed these up, but we’ll keep an eye on your tracking and help however we can.
